1. Order Processing and Dispatch
We aim to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Our fulfillment team operates from Monday through Friday (excluding national and relevant state public holidays).
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+8) are typically processed and dispatched within the same business day.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be prioritized and processed on the following Monday.
- Tracking: As soon as your parcel is dispatched, a confirmation email containing your official tracking number and a direct tracking link will be sent to your inbox.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines
To guarantee that your items are handled with care, we partner with trusted local courier networks (including J&T Express, Ninja Van, and Pos Laju).

3. Holiday and Festive Season Adjustments
During major nationwide festive seasons—such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, Christmas, and high-volume shopping campaigns (e.g., 11.11 or 12.12)—courier networks experience exceptional volume.
During these peak periods, please anticipate a potential extension of 2 to 4 business days to standard delivery times. We kindly recommend placing your orders in advance if you require your items by a specific date.
4. Same-Day On-Demand Delivery (Klang Valley Only)
For urgent requirements within the Klang Valley, we offer on-demand courier dispatch via third-party services (such as Lalamove or GrabExpress).
- Availability: Valid for orders placed before 1:00 PM on business days.
- Rates: Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the delivery distance from our fulfillment center in [Insert Location, e.g., Petaling Jaya].
5. Delivery Conditions and Re-Route Protocols
- Address Accuracy: To prevent delivery issues, please ensure your shipping address, postal code, and contact number are completely accurate at checkout. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses unless handled via Pos Laju.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If a parcel remains unclaimed and is returned to our facility, we will gladly arrange a re-delivery. However, a standard re-delivery shipping fee will apply to cover the additional logistics cost.
